If you're looking for a casual small plate dining with fantastic drinks and this is your place we went to the happy hour the 777 menu and we really enjoyed it. We ordered the cheeseburger slider with truffle french fries the filet mignon with chimichurri sauce and shrimp cocktail. We ordered two margaritas and they were outstanding not water down very strong for $11 and each entrée was seven dollars. The atmosphere was great. The interior decoration was very contemporary. The service was outstanding. The only reason that I did not give them five stars because we did not try their actual restaurant. But they bar and happy hour is one of the best value snacking in Vegas and specially if you want to try the drinks during the happy hours.

STK Being on the strip and a chain, it took me awhile to finally get here. I took my family of 4 for HH and we got to try a wide variety: Drinks: 1. Strawberry Vodka: definitely a strong one. The strawberry was a great balance of sweetness 2. Triple Berry: the berry was delish! I loved this one and it was a good balance of alcohol and juice Apps: 1. Slider with Fries: Its a single slider with some thick cut fries. The slider was perfection that we EACH ordered one 2. Beef Tartare: this dish was a bit smaller than we imagined. The chips were crispy but the tartare wasnt our favorite 3. Shrimp Cocktail: two or three pieces of shrimp. Good size, good flavor 4. Fish Taco: LOVED. It has a peanut sauce and it was such a refreshing bite 5. Ceviche: Not enough chips, but it was refreshing. Could've used a bit more citrus 6. Beef Sticks: my family loved this, but it was too salty for me. Only two sticks per order Entree: Short Rib: this meal was fall off the bone tender. The corn elote mix was creamy but not seasoned enough. But the dish as a whole was great Service was good and the food was delish for a chain. I will say the bread was definitely a highlight! For a strip restaurant the prices definitely match

Great place to get your steak, but is it the best? No. For the money, there are other places to get better steaks in my opinion. What I believe you pay for here is the atmosphere (because it's in the Cosmopolitan) and service. The service was great, our hostess, our waiter, the bar attendants. Great. My husband and I of course both got steak but I personally will not be paying for the waygu anymore. My husband got the basic NY strip and it was way better than mine and nearly $100 cheaper! One downside is my husband told them we were celebrating our anniversary because he saw that they give you a complimentary dessert to help you set the mood for the night, we didn't get that. But other than that it was okay.

Popped in for happy hour in the bar and really glad we did. A small menu of snacks at $7 and half priced cocktails. Music was upbeat and the crowd trended younger. Mickey served us and had great recommendations and service! Really enjoyed everything (especially the chimmi steak), a new favorite!
